Rewards Field Configuration

Admins are enabled to customize the balance sheet columns in the External Rewards Page. They can select which fields they want to display and also set the order of the columns.

To customize the reward fields:

  1. Go to Administration > Rewards Field Configuration.

  2. From the Area drop-down menu, select External Rewards Page.

  3. Select your desired field(s) and use the Left arrow and Right arrow buttons to move the fields between the Available and Default sections, to determine which fields will be displayed in the balance sheet.

  4. Click on the desired widget in the Default Columns section and drag and drop them to determine the order.

  5. Click Save to save the changes.

    Note: The fields Points and ID are mandatory fields. They cannot be removed from the default columns but they can be reordered. A maximum of 5 fields can be added with these two fields.
